Anne-Katrien Denissen is an art historian by education. She worked for ArchiAfrika as project coordinator and assistant of the secretariat.
Anne-Katrien Denissen is an art historian by education. After having worked in Dakar, Senegal, during her studies, Anne-Katrien wrote her master thesis on the position of the African artist within the Western art society. In Januari 2006 she started working for ArchiAfrika as assistant of the secretariat and project coordinator for two projects: the development of the digital search engine Searching African Architecture, and a publication on Mtoni Palace.
Since September 2008 she is employed at the National Committee for International Cooperation and Sustainable Development (NCDO).
